Rooftop Yoga is BACK!!
Join Toni Freda of Seed & Rooted every Tuesday beginning 6/2/26 through 9/8/26 at 6:15pm for Sunset Rooftop Yoga on the Nicotra Grown Organic Rooftop Farm made possible by Lois & Richard Nicotra.
This one hour All Levels Vinyasa Yoga Flow will bring all the good energy.
Please arrive by 6pm SHARP in the lobby at 1441 South Avenue and the doorman will escort you up to the roof. (Plenty of parking, come through glass doors & wait for doorman)
Class starts on time, so please don't be late as the space fills up quickly. If you are late and miss the class you will not be refunded.
Remember, this an outdoor event, so please dress accordingly. It can get windy. You may want to bring a small weight to hold your mat down.

Meet in the lobby with your mat & the doorman will escort you up. Look for the glass revolving door. There is plenty of parking and stay for pizza after class (not included).
