Is there a cancellation policy?
At Seed & Rooted, we are committed to creating transformative and enriching experiences for all of our travelers. In order to maintain the high quality of our retreats and to protect both our travelers and our company, we have a zero-cancellation policy in place for all retreat bookings.
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and while we would love to accommodate changes, this policy ensures we can continue providing exceptional services and experiences for all participants.

Travel Insurance : You must purchase and show proof of travel insurance. This is different than your flight insurance (which is also highly recommended to purchase).
All payments are non refundable/ non negotiable/ non transferable unless retreat is cancelled by host or venue.
Airfare is NOT included. Please make sure passports are in good standing and do not expire within 6 months of travel. This is your responsibility and refunds will NOT be granted for expired passports.
No refunds will be granted due to cancelled or delayed flights. If your flight is missed/ cancelled/ delayed you will be responsible for transportation to the resort. I will do my best to assist.
