Toni Freda is a Certified Life Coach & 200hr Certified Yoga Instructor based out of Brooklyn, NY. She is owner of Seed & Rooted LLC, a yoga and wellness brand that believes all beings should feel welcome, included and loved. In addition to Yoga, she host a number of DIY Plant Terrarium Workshops with her side business, Piccola Pianta. Her passion for bringing people together has now evolved to hosting international wellness and yoga retreats.
