Join Toni Freda of Seed & Rooted every Tuesday at 6pm (sharp) for an All Levels Vinyasa Yoga Flow on the 40,000 square foot Organic Rooftop Farm. Flow with the Good Vibes as the sun sets while feeling the breeze in the air and the sun on your face! Good Vibes Only welcome!!

Rooftop Yoga is BACK!!
Join Toni Freda of Seed & Rooted every Tuesday beginning 5/28/24 through 9/3/24 at 6pm for Sunset Rooftop Yoga on the Nicotra Grown Organic Rooftop Farm made possible by Lois & Richard Nicotra.
This one hour All Levels Vinyasa Yoga Flow will bring all the good energy.
Please arrive by 5:50pm in the lobby at 1441 South Avenue and the doorman will escort you up to the roof.
Class starts on time, so please don't be late as the space fills up quickly.
Remember, this an outdoor event, so please dress accordingly. It can get windy.

A Yoga Mat
A Bottle of Water
Sunscreen
A light jacket
Your Good Energy
After class join us for a bite at Pienza Brick Oven Pizza Oven located on the ground level. This is a great way to meet new friends and support our community. Did you know 100% of the profits made at Pienza are donated to local charities?
