Rooftop Yoga is BACK!!
Join Toni Freda of Seed & Rooted every Tuesday beginning 5/28/24 through 10/29/24 at 6pm for Sunset Rooftop Yoga on the Nicotra Grown Organic Rooftop Farm made possible by Lois & Richard Nicotra.
This one hour All Levels Vinyasa Yoga Flow will bring all the good energy.
Please arrive by 5:50pm in the lobby at 1441 South Avenue and the doorman will escort you up to the roof. (Indoors in October or in inclement weather)
Class starts on time, so please don't be late as the space fills up quickly.
Remember, this an outdoor event, so please dress accordingly. It can get windy.
