There are 6 shared rooms.

Each with their own en suite bathroom.

The Villa has six beautifully designed, elegantly furnished double bedrooms, each with a unique look and feel, yet all offering unparalleled 5* comfort. The spacious bedrooms each feature panoramic views of the countryside and beyond.  Four enjoy stunning sea views of the Adriatic coast and two have vistas of the charming 13th century town of Civitanova Alta.

To further enhance your relaxing experience each bedroom has either a private balcony or spacious terrace, perfect for morning coffee al-fresco. The bedrooms are bathed in natural light and decorated in gentle hues that give a tranquil, calming atmosphere. Furnished to the very highest standards, rooms feature natural wood floors, 2 extra comfy, bespoke artisan lighting, Italian embroidered textiles and Egyptian cotton linens.

The large ensuite bathrooms are contemporary in design and feature natural stone, polished concrete and sleek, brushed steel fittings.

• R/T Airport transportation from Rome to the Villa if arriving on June 23, 2024 by time assigned by host closer to date.
• There will be ONE van from villa back to Rome on day of check out at one specific time assigned closer to date. Regardless of departure time. This van will arrive at airport closest to earliest flight out of Rome. If you wish to have a later check out, transportation to airport will NOT be included.
• 7 Nights of accommodations in a room of your choosing
• 2 Meals per day plus snack (Unless we are on excursion)

Airfare is NOT included. Please make sure passports are in good standing and do not expire within 6 months of travel. This is your responsibility and refunds will NOT be granted for expired passports.

**No refunds are granted for cancelled or delayed flights. If your flight is missed/ cancelled/ delayed you will be responsible for transportation to the resort. I will do my best to assist.
