✈️Fly into Bari Airport and meet Toni, your host, where your shuttle will transfer you to our beautiful, countryside property for the next 7 days.

🍹Enjoy a welcome cocktail upon arrival to our private villa, your home for the week.

☀️Take the first day to relax, explore and soak it all in! Yes, you are “TRULLI” here!

A private chef will prepare most of our meals with an authentic Italian breakfast daily. 🥐

On days 1, 2 and 3 you will also enjoy a gourmet dinner prepared at the villa using all organic ingredients locally sourced from the region by our Gourmet Chef.

Day 4 is a free day to enjoy the area on your own! Join Toni for a wake up and flow morning Vinyasa Yoga practice poolside before breakfast.  Head out to shop, go to dinner or plan your own excursion. The choice is yours as this is “TRULLI” your time to do as you please. (Dinner, shopping, spending money, excursions and taxi are NOT included on this day).

On Day 5 wake for a Wake Up & Stretch Vinyasa Yoga flow on the lawn before enjoying an Italian cup of coffee and breakfast.  Soak up the sun poolside, go for a walk, but make sure to return to the Villa for a true Italian cooking class. Learn the secrets of local dishes and ancient techniques of Southern Italy cooking. After the lesson, sit down around the table and enjoy the wonderful meal you have created! This meal is sure to provide you with plenty of wonderful memories and recipes you can recreate at home.

Sleep in a little on day 6 as we have a full day ahead. I can’t think of a better way to enjoy the crystal clear waters of the Adriatic Sea than aboard a Gulrt style tall ship. The high masts and beautiful wooden deck will have you feeling like you are “TRULLI” living a life out of an old Italian movie. You have no other obligation other than to sit back and enjoy the sea breeze with a glass of Prosecco. Soon the captain will anchor us down and you can dive right in for a refreshing swim. Finish the day with a delicious lunch before heading back to land. Perfecto! 💧

When you wake up on day 7 you may have to pinch yourself. Yes, this is real life. Today is a free day to relax, explore or just chill out. Don’t forget to meet Toni for a Good Vibes Vinyasa Flow overlooking the Olive Trees. All the good  energy will carry into the night as  we celebrate with our final farewell dinner! Oh, what a night it will be! (Many surprises in store!)

On Day 8 wake up, grab a light breakfast before being shuttled back to the airport for your onward journey. I know that this trip will have been one you will never forget and Puglia will forever hold a special place in your heart.

About the host:

Toni Freda is owner of Seed & Rooted, LLC. She is a 200 Hour Certified Yoga Instructor and Life Coach. Toni began her practice about 6 years ago to balance out family, work, and running a business. She describes her classes as mindfully aligned and aims at making poses accessible for every body and every level. Toni brings humor and lightness to her classes while leading students in a safe and challenging practice. Her love of her family, friends and life is the driving force that fuels her larger than life personality and positive energy.

🍷Winery trip to a beautiful wine estate near Polignano. Taste the wines of this family led winery accompanied by local food produces while enjoy amazing stories from the winery owner.

💵Exchange is:

$3550.00 per person for double occupancy suites: Fico, Melograno and Carciofo (2 single beds per room) private Trulli with private en-suite bath.  (6 spots available)

$3650.00 per person for the larger double occupancy L’Agave Suite (2 people in either a shared king bed or 2 separate beds) with private en-suite bath.

$1000.00 NON REFUNDABLE/ NON NEGOTIABLE/ NON TRANSFERABLE DEPOSIT IS DUE TO RESERVE YOUR SPOT. By paying the deposit you are committing to pay the entire amount due by 5/15/2024. This amount will be due even if you decide to no longer attend the retreat.

*Rooms are on a first come, first serve basis.

MONTHLY PAYMENT IS DUE THE 15th OF EACH MONTH  AND PAYMENT WILL BE DETERMINED BY THE NUMBER OF MONTHS YOU HAVE UNTIL DEPARTURE FROM THE DATE OF PAYING THE $1000.00 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.

Final payment is due in full May 15, 2024
